"Of the four tennis shops in the peninsula they are by far my favorite. After a decade hiatus from tennis, I started off with reviving my college racquet which I was never happy with in terms of strings. Vincent recommended a string type and tension that dialed in my setup. He was always lending an ear with my challenges and helping me refine my configuration, whether its shrinking my grip, recommending subtle string tension adjustment depending on the season or working with me as a decided to test drive a plethora of strings that he would recommend. A year into realizing I am committing back to Tennis I decided to demo racquets and Vincent patiently worked with me for a year testing various racquets to help me choose a winner. Even when stock was low shortly during covid, I didn't want to buy my racquet elsewhere until they could get the racquet and grip size I wanted. They never pressured me to settle for a different racquet and never once when I was using my dated racquet from college did they try to upsell me on getting a new one.
Through Zalles I am beta testing a sensor that helped me collect great metrics that gave me insights on my strokes where Sara and Surina have been instrumental in that. They are my go to shop for anything and everything tennis, whether its racquets, strings, ball machine or trainers.
As I work towards by 4.0 rating, I decided to go for more precision and control racquets and again Zalles did not disappoint through their great demo program."
